Welcome to Our Virtual Quilt Shop

We want to be your first shopping choice as a quilt shop. We look forward to hearing from you as you begin to browse our new products. The Quilt Shoppe is a full service brick & mortar quilt shop offering you longarm quilting services, fabrics from many of the well-known manufacturers, notions, books, and patterns.

We are located about 60 miles south of Oklahoma City, OK, east of I-35. Our hours in the shop are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00-5:00 and online, we are open 24/7.

Shipping Policies:

Domestic:
   Up to 5 yards--$ 4.95
   Over 5 yards--$ 10.35

Canada/Mexico:
   Up to 5 yards -- $ 10.95
   Over 5 yards -- $ 25.95

International:
   Up to 5 yards –$ 12.95
   Over 5 yards –$ 41.95

Orders are shipped using USPS flat rate priority, packages are not insured, and delivery time is not guaranteed. If you would like to add insurance, contact us and the insurance cost will be added. If you need your fabric quickly, please call us for special shipping estimates.

International orders: Please be advised that you are responsible for any customs fees or duty on your package. We are unable to falsify the value of the package nor will we mark retail purchases as gifts.

Block of the Month Quilt Policy:

When you register for our block-of-the-month quilt programs, it is understood that you are registering for the entire program. We will abide by this policy and prepare a kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for the duration.

We understand, however, that things happen. If something happens that causes you to need to cancel, please let us know right away! Our $25 “sign up fee” is applied so that we may offer you the quilt at a reasonable monthly fee without a large lump-sum payment at the end for borders, binding, etc. Should you need to cancel before the program is over, however, the sign up fee is not refundable.

Afraid of mistakes? Our store is unique in that if you should make a small mistake on a particular piece of fabric you can call and request a replacement. We are happy to accommodate when fabric is available provided this policy is not abused. If you make a large mistake we usually have extra fabric available for you to purchase at a small price. Please just call and discuss it with us!
